Ordering from us is simple. You tell us what you need, we prepare the quote, handle the order and organise delivery to your construction site.

Request
Send us your request with products, quantities, dimensions and site location. Drawings or photos help us prepare an accurate quote.

Quote
We check your request with our manufacturers and send you a written quote with products, price, payment terms and expected delivery period.

Deposit
If you accept the quote, you pay a deposit. The amount is stated in the quote.

Order and production
After receiving your deposit, we place the order. The goods are produced or prepared to your specifications.

Delivery to site
We organise transport to your construction site and agree the delivery date with you in advance.

Final payment
You pay the remaining amount according to the payment terms in your quote.

We deliver to your construction site. Installation is not included and is carried out by your own team or installer.

Please make sure the site is accessible for trucks and that unloading is arranged. We discuss the details with you before delivery.

Please check the goods on arrival, note any visible damage on the delivery note and report defects to us immediately, ideally with photos.

Prices and delivery periods depend on product, quantity and destination. They are stated in your quote, not on the website.
