Who do you supply?
We supply companies only: construction companies, property developers, general contractors and hotels worldwide. We do not sell to private customers.
Which products can I request?
Windows, doors, blinds and shutters, insect screens, conservatories, tiles and furniture. If you need other building materials, just ask and we will check whether we can source them.
Do you deliver abroad?
In principle, yes: we accept requests from business customers worldwide. Whether and on what terms delivery to your country is possible depends on the product and project. We clarify this before quoting and set it out in the quote.
Where do the goods come from?
From selected manufacturers in Europe and beyond, for example Germany, Turkey, Italy or Poland. The country of origin of your goods is stated in your quote.
Do you also install the products?
No. We deliver to your construction site or property. Installation is carried out by your own team or installer.
How do ordering and payment work?
You receive a written quote. If you accept it, we confirm the order in writing. Once the deposit stated in the quote has been received, we place the order with the manufacturer. You pay the remaining amount according to the payment terms in your quote.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Medium-sized projects are welcome too. Some manufacturers do have minimum quantities for certain products. If this applies to your request, we will tell you before you order.
Do I receive CE documents and technical data?
For construction products that require CE marking, we obtain the declaration of performance and the CE marking information from the manufacturer and pass them on to you. Please list any further documents you need, such as test reports or certificates, in your request. We will then check before quoting whether the manufacturer can provide them.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
We process every request as quickly as possible. The time needed depends mainly on how complete your details are and on the manufacturers’ responses. Complete dimensions, quantities and drawings help speed things up.
Does a request cost anything?
No. Your request and our quote are free of charge and do not commit you to anything. An order only becomes binding once you accept the quote and we confirm it in writing.
